a phrase uttered in the frustration of standing in line or being in a crowded situation, insinuating that another plague would depopulate the area and solve the problem.
at the beach:
person 1: there are absolutely no parking spots within two miles of the beach. there are too many people here!
person 2: i know, we need another plague
