a person afflicted with an ego comparable to that of kanye west. one who engages in west-type behavior such as: public meltdowns when criticized and blogging in all caps to display displeasure. someone with a case of westism may frequently declare him/herself to be the voice of a generation or hold dubious opinions regarding race and politics.
me: man, did you see how she reacted when i told her i didn’t like her outfit? girls got a serious case of westism, i’m surprised she could fit in her car.
