bank robber that has robbed several banks, some more than once, around the wheaton, illinois area. he hasn’t been caught, but a man approached him while he was believed to be casing his next robbery and since then has vanished. police believe he may have a military or law enforcement background due to how he handles the handgun used in his robberies.
