talking bullsh-t to people for no apparent reason without any releventation to any given conversation. another form of whippsing is repeating someone else straight after they make a comment.
a- “i have a ludix blaster mate”
b(whippsing)-” do you have a ludix blaster do you”
a- “yes i just said that”
b-(whippsing)-“oh, is it a ludix blaster isit”
another form of whippsing is talking any bullsh-t.
for example, i drove a vxr down grapes hill at 83
