someone who is unbelievably sl-tty, to the extent that they can be considered wh-r-tacular = wh-r- + spectacular.
also can be used to describe someone that, while a wh-r- and incredibly promiscuous, is still amazingly so and generaly admired for the entertaiment she provides.
