having played wii (bowling mainly) for far too many hours. not following makers instructions of regular breaks. leading to serious shoulder ache and stiffness for about 3 days afterwards! wii shoulder- wii players who rarely do any other excercise will find this most common! (like me) similar to tennis elbow! 🙂
