“wrapp” is a common street name for a drug recently abused by an increasing number of students all over europe. a “wrap” consists of the dried up leaves from the female cannabis plant and is “wrapped’ in polyvinylidene chloride (saran wrap) to be inhaled. the mixture of polyviniylidene and cannabis creates a mixed action effect producing euphoric sensations much similar to that of ordinary cannibis.
