a wyvon is a term used to describe a foolish looking or acting person. these people are also commonly known as: douchebags, losers, outcasts, wierdos, very obnoxious, and just silly acting.
the guy had been drinking so he became loud and obnoxious, thus he was acting like a wyvon.
