Yankee pullout

when some r-t-rd from new jersey or new york comes down south for vacation and drives like he is still at home: cutting off someone making a right turn so they can turn left across two or three lanes, with complete disregard for the turn lane.
lee: so we headed back to the beach house?
t: yeah, just gotta make this right turn and go 25 mph with the rest of traffic.
lee: whoa, what’s that guy across the street doing??? we have the right away!
t: oh, he’s from new jersey. that’s a “yankee pullout” he’s in a big hurry to go 25. wonder if he knows what a turn lane is…or manners. or good driving.
