the new catch phrase of obamunism term two, featuring the widespread spying by the federal government on ordinary citizens using all sorts of technologies. it is bad satire on the “yes we can” emphasized during obama’s first term. in many instances of history, this is one of the conditions that defines when a society transitions from relative freedom to dictatorship.
a washington reporter asked,”what do you say about violating the privacy of average americans?”
“yes we scan”, replied obama.
