a person who presumes to know everything about every agenda item in a meeting and talks over the -ssigned presenter. this person interjects their experiences and opinions regardless of relevancy, accuracy or interest.
“who presented at the conference?”
“well, 5 people were supposed to, but the agenda pirate kept taking over”
