a double sized alcoholic shot containg the following:1 one ounce shot of jameson isish whiskey,1 one ounce shot of two day old hot mickeys malt liquor(must be from a 40oz bottle),and a heavy spray of mace.the resulting drink will leave the drinker writhing on the floor in intense stomach pain.withing a few hours of consumption,the drinker will then be unable to control bowels,deficating all over themselves.
