Alex’s Vacuum
a term used for the description of an abusive girlfriend. one in which a man comes to work, or another public place with bruises, in which lacking a better excuse simply states (see example). the name alex was chosen as a prefix in a degrading way, since alex means “defender of man” this term obviously degrades the person.
friend 1: did you hear john has a girlfriend?
friend 2: really?
friend 3: i heard she’s alex’s vacuum though.
friend 2: another falls prey to an abusive girlfriend, just like geoff did.
