American communist movement
a movement of workers,students and farmers who seek to make the us a communist country. it is a myth the communism has collapsed. the soviet union and the eastern block countries were never trully communist countries but were a type of system called soviet that still had many inequalites. the russian leader took marx’s ideas that society must go through the stages of slavery,captialism and communist and said that wasn’t true that it didn’t have to go through those stages but can go directly from slavery. marx also thought that as communism is arrived at the state will fade away. but lenin said that a strong dictatorship was needed to impose communism on society. the communist party has been around in the us for a long time but there has begun a new movement among the younger generations and that is what is called the american communist movement.
