an additional derogatory t-tle given for barrack hussein obama, the 44th president of the united states of america, by his detractors. the t-tle alludes to his lack of leadership and his obsession with campaigning for anything (nearly always leftist or socialist) that he wants rammed down our throats. it is intended as a parody on the term “commander-in-chief.”
