Case of the Fuckheads
n. used to refer to a transient episode of stupidity or incompetence. usually, a subject afflicted with a case of the f-ckheads, is not a f-ckhead the rest of the time, though some people more susceptible to repeat infection. if the condition becomes permanent, the subject has developed f-ckhead syndrome.
jim had a case of the f-ckheads yesterday, but today he’s gotten much better.
