person who hasnt experienced growing up in a suburban area with the hardships in life such as hard physical work. a person who has grown up spoiled or is otherwise gangster or w-ngster. person who listens to rap, poor hunter.
by looking at there scrawny muscles and baggy clothes and rap music i could tell that they were city people.
looking at the bratty women and there long shoes i could tell that they were city people.
