“nuts and bolts in a sock” is also common.
this term refers to when exceptionally large women with cottage cheesy b-ttocks wear thin pants made of such flimsy material that the dimples show through resembling “coins in a sock”
much more severe that the “cottage cheese stuffed in a hefty bag” look
steve: hey look at that!
