an unusually evil, insidious, or vindictive c-nt, almost always referring to a female. someone who engages in tremendously damaging and selfish actions that cause misery to those around her but often result in her own advancement.
my horrible boss is the c-nt of misery–she hates everyone who doesn’t agree with her bullsh-t ideas and kiss her -ss.
