Short flexor muscle of little toe
short flexor muscle of little toe n.
A muscle with origin from the base of the metatarsal bone of the little toe and the sheath of the long peroneal muscle, with insertion to the base of the proximal phalanx of the little toe, with nerve supply from the lateral plantar nerve, and whose action flexes the proximal phalanx of the little toe.
