Delta Theta Sigma Fraternity
a social-professional fraternity consisting of eight chapters, some of which have little sister affiliated with the organization. dts has awesome theme parties, and the university of minnesota chapter is well noted for the popular beach party held every spring, with a bas-m-nt full of sand.
freshman: hey man, did you go to beach party?
