dog chew toy
an act of showing one’s t-st-cl-s by pulling them up over one’s boxers, shorts, etc. and leaving them there to hang and parade them around to people. thus, with only the t-st-cl-s showing, and the lack of blood flow to the scr-t-m, they actually look like a dog chew toy.
