when a person (usually a woman) makes false allegations of rape, domestic violence or child abuse to gain leverage in family court or alienate the other parent from the children. making false allegations of domestic violence allows the accusers to obtain domestic violence orders, which they use to stop the other parent having contact with their children. accusers may also obtain free legal aid, free community housing etc
father : i haven’t seen my kids in 2 years because the courts banned me when sally said i was a psychopathic child molestor.
