this is the instance whenever one is playing golf and attempts to hit the ball over a water hazard and ends up not clearing the hazard with the first attempt, which would require a second attempt with a one stoke penalty. if the second shot fails to clear the hazard it is known as a “grandpa on the sh-tter”. reason: two b-lls in the water.
