a consumer who places an order for goods or services then promptly changes his/her mind and refuses to pay for said goods or services upon delivery.
matthew ordered a $500 suit and had it hand tailored for his graduation. when the suit was ready to be picked up/paid for he decided he wouldn’t pay and looked elsewhere for a cheaper suit. all of his friends agreed that matthew was an indian buyer.
