when you have been playing with lego for an extended period of time, and your fingers start to hurt from the sharp edges.
after building the at-at walker, i had bad case of lego fingers.
to expand on the above definition (absolutely hilarious, by the way), lego fingers may also include red palms and fingers, and/or itchy hands.
friend: man, why are your hands all red, and why do you keep scratching them?
