a city in central california which is a “mini hood” of sorts. there is a notorious gang and hardly anything of interest when you get down to it. that is, unless you’re a tourist. for tourists, this city is a haven for “culture” and “ethnic diversity” and “oh my god is that man selling doughnuts made of lard?!” (yes, he is).
