a ‘ditzy’ and forgetful daydreamer from the anime, azumanga daioh. usually seen sp-ced out or asleep. she speaks randomly and whats on her mind at that time. in the english dub of the anime, she is given a country accent, considering she comes from osaka, j-pan.
