Personal health day
a day used not for work, schoolwork, ch-r-s or anything of the sort to take a break from the trials and tribulations of everyday life. it is used to rest and nothing more.
usually used on a weekend or perhaps through feigning sick for cl-sses or work.
“i took a personal health day on tuesday so i could catch up on sleep and my tv shows… i’ve been working non-stop since last monday!”
