to refer to a group of people who are easy to release the pressure and adapt themselves to the society optimistically. they live in a fast society and bear various pressures from work and life as other people do, but they choose to face the reality and pressures in an easy way, thus reducing and eliminating the imposed loads by life, and keeping a relaxed mind.
(ps. this term is usually used to describe the young peole who are newcomers in their career)
