to do a really got job on something and have a good time doing it; to have a kick -ss talent
i went snowboarding yesterday and put my foot in it. it was so much fun.
my mom will put her foot in some lasagna.
an undesirable or unfortunate happening that occurs unintentionally and usually results in embar-ssment; like puting your foot in dog doo.
i didn’t mean that the way you took it. geesh i really put my foot in it.
