queen of peen or q.o.p for short, is a commendatory t-tle given to a female friend whose s-xual conquests outnumber that of others in her friendship circle. in other words, a female ‘player’.
friend: “did you see chloe last night? she was surrounded by like five guys.”
you: “yeah, she is totally the queen of peen.”
