Rumb Numb Bumb
a ‘rumb numb b-mb’ is generally defined as the act of; firstly, having -n-l s-x with a black woman for a long enough period of time as to greatly open up her -n-s, secondly, using a funnel (or a similar funnel-like device), one must pour alcohol (specifically rum) into the opening and thirdly, one must then drink the rum out until one’s mouth is rendered numb from the alcohol.
