you see, it originated in the northeast philadelphia region where many jews live. it is used to describe a middle aged, hook nosed, yet unbelieveably s-xy jewish man. who knows what the attraction is, but only russian girls and over s-xed teenagers use this phrase. you can see it grafitied all over roosevelt blvd.
a famous example is tim roth, who is actually not jewish, but his name and nose make people believe it. anyway, he is a famous s-xjewgly.
