person a: what are you doing tomorrow?
person b: i’m going to sleep in, take my talents to south beach, go to work, and head to the bars.
lebron james: um, in this fall — man, this is very tough — um, in this fall i’m going to take my talents to south beach and, um, join the miami heat.
in honor of king james’ departure from cleveland, “taking my talents to south beach” is now a new euphemism for taking a dump.
lebron: after my last game as a cleveland cavalier, i proceeded to go home to take my talents to south beach.
masturbation. a generation-y inspired euphemism for masturbating. inspired by the ego-driven, hour-long announcement by lebron james indicating that he was signing with the miami heat.
rather than spend more time trying to bring the hot girl from the bar home with me, i decided to take my talents to south beach and take care of things myself.
to f-ck someone over. inspired by the narcissistic and disloyal nba all-star, lebron james when he decided to take up an hour of primetime tv to announce he’ll be signing with the miami heat.
don’t make my take my talents to south beach and not pick you up from work today.

when someone of great skill decides to change their location to play for a better team, company, etc. this was started by lebron james in his televised decision special when he announced he was going to miami. it usually thought of as a very douchy and selfish move and does not necessarily have to be about moving to miami. can also be used as a euphemism for taking a cr-p.
after giving it a lot of thought, i’ve decided to take my talents to south beach.
hey man, you got any toilet paper? i need to go take my talents to south beach.
