the rule of neck is the practice of cupping one’s hand to slap the sh-t out of another’s neck. the game of neck has many rules
1. to slap a neck, one’s hand must be below both of the partic-p-nts waist
2. the harshness of the slap can vary from a tap to a boom
3. slapping one’s neck without cupping your hands is a false neck, and will result in an immediate slap back
4. anything is fair game when trying to get someone to look down at your hand
5. to protect yourself, you can say “self serve” which means you can smack your own neck. to counter this, someone can say “no self serve”.
