throwing it on the stones
term used when you want to fight someone, referring to a fight that is happening, or if someone is is antagonizing you to the point where you want to fight them.
can also be said as laying it on the stones,
or tossing it on the stones.
“that’s it dude, we’re throwing it on the stones!”
“wow, these guys are really laying it on the stones!”
“i’m warning you you dude, your really tossing it on the stones right now!”
