call comes through, customer service rep looks at the phone then proceeds to push the cancel or exit b-tton on the phone, ignoring the call. call then is routed to the next customer service rep.
“ring, ring…”
first rep sees the number then ignores the call by thumbing the call
next rep: “ring, ring…”
“h-llo, this is tech support, how may i -ssist you?”
