a phrase that puts greater emphasis on the word “t-ts” when it is used to mean “great” or “awesome”. the reasoning being if t-ts are synonymous with something great, then t-ts in your hands (mitts being a euphemism for hands) would be greater still. a first cousin of the phrase “b-lls to the wall”.
