a state of being that primarily exists in the young and foolish. someone who has been no place, almost no education, no life experience. yet, they know everything, have been everywhere, and have been through it all. serves no purpose in the world other than being an annoyance to those who do.
you would think his constant embarr-ssment would be a clue. how can someone be so unknowingly r-t-rded?
