An artery with its origin in the anterior division of the internal iliac or sometimes in the superior vesical artery, with distribution to the ductus deferens, seminal vesicles, testicles, and ureter, and with anastomoses to the testicular artery and the cremasteric branch of the inferior epigastric artery.
