unlike a troll, who deliberately intends to cause maximum disruption and argument, an accidental troll, is a normal user who speaks their mind a little too much through forums, and accidentally gives off the impression that they are a troll, when clearly, they have little/no time and have a lot to say about the topics that are being posted.
