the unfortunate situation that occurs to some either during or after a trip to an african country when they experience a horrific and maddening “-n-l itch” from explosive travellers diarrhea. otherwise referred to as “-ss itchy and burning” and “atomic itchy b-m” often abbreviated to “aib”
oh man-i got back from holidays like four days ago and i have the worst african itchy b-m ever!
