when ignorance and arrogance occur at the same time in an individual. in most cases the arrogance and ignorance feed into each other. this is an extreme case where calling someone ignorant and arrogant just doesn’t do.
donald rumsfield’s failure was due to a high degree of airgnorance.
believing that one can “fix” the economy is a result of airgnorance.
