Akin’s Diet
a food regimen wherein the weight watcher can eat anything she pleases and if it’s a legitimate calorie her body has ways to try to shut the whole thing down.
i’ve been on the akin’s diet for three months now and i’ve actually gained weight. i’m beginning to wonder if the creator of the diet just made stuff up.
