someone that does a m-ss murder-suicide, apparently while representing a group like say, hindus. while in reality belonging to another group like, say muslims that want the world to hate hindus and wish to start a culture war. or, the murderer could be from a third party in disguise, like atheist socialists that want both of them to wipe each-other out. either way, this is a form of black propaganda.
