a private army that is held by a drug lord of drug cartell an is used to fight police and intemidate people and the government. some of them can put a thousand or more men in the street at one time.
they can afford to equip them with all the latest weapons ect. the cartells are trying to establish themselves in the u.s. with antipolice armys.
