adj.- decsribes a person who is frightened by the acts of a certain person named kevin ashley. the acts by which an ashleyphobic is frightened by include: eating stuff from under his nails, out of his hair, shoes, and nose, eating the b-lls of dirt that acc-mulate from rubbing his hands together and any any bodily excretion in existance.
