Bacronym
an example of a neologism and an alternative spelling of the word backronym, a term was probably invented by alan chapman a business consultant based in leicester england. both spellings are used on his website (businessb-lls), but bacronym might just be linguistically purer than backronym (being closer in appearance to acronym).
when used as an acronym fine is actually a bacronym.
