exclamation of collision of some sort. often used after a punch, kick, or projectile attack, be it malicious or in fun. it is mostly used in fun.
watching the slow motion replay of a knockout punch; “now watch – here it comes – ba d–sh! goodnight!”

also, the “ba” can be a slight ‘heads up’ for an upcoming attack/collision, the “d–sh” delivered upon said collision.
